After many years of being a physical education teacher for children, I decided I would love to help adults make fitness a part of their lives.
You don't have to run to be fit. There are many other activities that will raise your heart rate. But if you are a runner and or cyclist, I have specific conditioning exercises to help you move more efficiently and stave off injury.

As a trainer, I try to take everyone's goals, fitness levels, and interests into consideration before developing an effective and individual fitness plan. Nutrition and diet are always a challenge whether you are trying to lose weight or trying to make healthy food choices. I help my clients with strategies that will encourage healthy eating.
