Sherry trains at some unique and convenient locations in East Sacramento. She trains from her private studio, a local Anytime Fitness, and nearby City Parks.
Group training (2-4 trainees) is a great way to reduce the cost of fitness training, but still benefiting from effective and safe programming.
$30 - $20 per 50 minute session depending on amount of participants
This vigorous conditioning class meets on Saturdays at 10am at Anytime Fitness. This is a 60 minute intermediate to advanced fitness class.
$40 for 4 classes/$12 drop in
